I am returning this. I trust the brand, but I'm moving to a cotton organic bed. I used sealy many times , I'm bummed out . Starts out cool but heats up through the night… I hope the new one with a polyurethane foam top will be better, research says that too will heat up. I might return the new cotton one as well!
The sturdiness on the sides are best ( better than the new one n the new one is supposed to be made for over weight/large human beings)
I was in an all foam one for years prior the hybid-hybid IS cooler.
It's a firm n it's pleasant firm imo

I have been through several mattresses, pillow top covers and thousands of dollars. I have neck and back pain. The pain was severe enough I couldn't sleep and it was affecting my daily life. I am small so the most common types, firm and medium are like sleeping on the floor. I stumbled onto Sealy by staying in a Holiday Inn for work. They had a different style as it is a signature series for hotels. So I called and talked to a rep about one similar and also researched online and found the Elite Hybrid High Point. One night of no sleep I bought it. My back is no longer an issue. The first night my pain in my back was gone. It came with a pillow but I'm still struggling with neck pain but not as severe. I don't wake through the night like I once did. Definitely worth it and would recommend ten times over.

Purchase of the Brenham 2 Elite Hybrid with adjustable base, was the best investment. Working 9-5 and being a parent, when the times comes to winde down. Our Sealy has made a BIG difference in how we sleep. Comfort from the moment we lay down to sleep. Contours to your body without making you hot. I've been using this mattress for almost a year, hoping it would improve over time or that I just needed to adjust but unfortunately, that hasn't been the case. From the start, it hasn't provided the comfort I expected, and I've been experiencing frequent sleepless nights and ongoing back pain. I tried to be patient and consider whether the issue might be on my end or due to other factors, but after giving it ample time, it's clear the problem is with the mattress itself. It simply doesn't offer the support or comfort needed for proper rest. A good mattress is essential for quality sleep and overall health, and this one unfortunately falls short.

I have been really struggling with sleep. This mattress has changed my life. More rested, sound sleep! I'm coming from memory foam mattresses. This keeps the comfort and cradling of the memory foam, but has much more support than I've had before! So great!

Our previous mattress was 18 years old, so you know there were issues there. We were a bit concerned about our first night's sleep. However, It was wonderful! My hubby has back and hip issues. He woke up rested and refreshed after our first nights sleep on this wonderful mattress. It is well worth the money.

This mattress is extremely comfortable. When my husband gets out of the bed, I don't even feel it. This is significantly different from our old mattress. We could both feel it if the other one turned over. We are definitely sleeping more soundly than before this purchase.

I finally found my mattress after a LONG search! I struggle with back pain and had tried several other mattresses. The other mattress made my pain worse or started to sag in 30 days or less.
This has been the absolute perfect balance for me! It is firm, but still feels soft. I am a stomach sleeper, so I need that support. It gives me that cushion support where I need it. It has held up past the 30 days with no sagging so far.
My grandma actually has the same mattress in a MEDIUM. She loves hers too! The FIRM was the way to go for me and my back though!

I am referring to the Brenham Eliite Medium Euro Pillow Top Full mattress which I have had since December. Mine is on an adjustable base, but I don't think the mattress is suited for one. I'll tive the mattress three stars because I think it would be much better on a flat base. I am the only person sleeping in the bed and it has developed a tremendous hump in the middle. Due to poor engineering, there is lack of construction support at the edges of the mattress, which cause it to collapse at the sides. Between the hump and no support at the edge, I have nearly rolled out of bed several times! This could result in serious injury!. Finally, I decided to turn the mattress in and go with a Stearns and Foster, which seems to have superior construction. Will wait and see.

So comfy and still firm support. I thought it would be a little hard to sleep on. Having back issues, I was told by my doc to get a firm mattress and tight the opposite. My lower back pain has all but gone away. I'm sure the mattress has helped.

I've been looking for an extra plush mattress with good support as well. The Elite Hybrid High Point II (Soft) is the perfect solution. I sleep on my side and on my back, and both ways are super comfy now that I have just the right give...if a mattress is too firm my hips and shoulders get so sore, and I end up shifting back and forth all night. I truly do want to love this mattress. I researched it. I waited to purchase out of fear, trepidation, cost, yada, yada, yada. Finally I did and honestly I'm still waiting for mattress to love me back. It may be too firm, because it's too early and not enough nights sleep yet. I have lower back pain that I'm waiting to adjust to the mattress. It just hasn't as of this review writing. I will say, the nights sleep, along with the healing factor, is all there. I feel like wolverine when I wake up, just with lower back pain, ha ha. So it's kinda there. Kinda not right now. I'm hoping. Fingers crossed. That by the time the next month ends I'll be truly loving it more. Or maybe not. Time will reveal. If you are looking for really firm, good nights sleep, and a mattress that soothes your aching body. Get this one now. In fact. Get two. Maybe just try a softer version. But you cannot, I repeat, cannot go wrong with the High Point series from Sealy. They put the matter in mattress and make it count!
