We are confident you will find what you are looking for without the inconvenience of having to leave Ithaca. We are pleased to provide a special order service to meet your specific needs. With our special order program you can pick the fabric, finish, pillows, trim and more!
Choices of fabrics accompany many sofas and chairs that we carry. Some special order fabrics can be ordered usually without any additional charge. It is important to make sure that the fabric selection you are looking at is the correct one for the sofa you are ordering. Our goal is to provide personal customer service during the entire special order process.
Our special order policies are simple:
- A 50% deposit is required at the time the order is placed.
- Orders cannot be canceled or exchanged once the order has been placed with the factory.
